Let us introduce ourselves... We're Mike & Joanie Chavez, Member Owners of Acquire Home Solutions, LLC. We are both born and raised in Cheyenne so that definately makes us "local real estate investors." We are proud to have a good reputation for helping our community either buy, sell or rent to and from us. We'll be happy to disclose our plans to rent, resell, assign, or demolish and rebuild the property after we buy it. Finally, we promise to our extend honest advice and opinion, whether you end up selling or buying a property to us. We're experienced and easy to work with and do fair, win-win deals. We Buy
We keep it simple. We consider buying all types of properties - not just the ones that look like the Wyoming wind can blow down. Sometimes people just run across difficult times or changes in life and need to move on to a new start.

The saying "they don't build 'em like they used to" is generally true. While breathing new life into a renovated residence can be especially rewarding, it comes with a lot of planning, hard work and no task is small. But it’s a phenomenal way to put our mark on a property and can be especially rewarding when offering it as a rental or to home buyer as their next “home sweet home”.
